Cancellation by Secure Gold

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of discrepancies or unforeseen issues. Reasons for cancellation may include (but are not limited to):

• Limited product availability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Quality rejection during internal inspection
• Incomplete customer details or unsuccessful verification

We may also request additional information from customers before or after order confirmation to ensure transaction security and accuracy.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Customers may cancel a ready-to-ship order before dispatch.

• If cancelled prior to shipping, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
• A 2% pre-dispatch cancellation fee will apply, and 98% of the order value will be refunded to the same account used for payment.
• Cancellation is not permitted for Gold & Silver coins, bars, silver articles, Rakhi items, or solitaire orders under any circumstances.

Make-to-Order / Customized Jewellery

Smart Buy (custom-made), personalized, or customized jewellery is specially manufactured upon order confirmation.

• If cancelled within 2 days of purchase, a full refund will be processed as per the refund policy, credited to the original payment source.
• If cancelled after 2 days from the purchase date (whether before or after dispatch), the refund will be issued after deducting applicable making charges and stone charges.
• The remaining balance will be refunded within 10 business days to the original payment source or may be adjusted against an exchange product, as per customer preference.

Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited from the customer’s account, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to the original account within 72 hours.

Please note that cancellation terms may differ for specific products or promotional offers. Secure Gold reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
